As we step into 2026, we are excited to unveil our 2024–2025 CSR report. Far more than a simple document, this publication captures a shared journey:

At Bong Retail, we firmly believe that a company’s responsibility extends well beyond its core business. It means questioning our processes, empowering our teams, strengthening partnerships, and developing solutions that tackle both climate and social challenges head-on.
CSR embedded within our management framework
Since 2020, our CSR policy has shaped every action we take and informed our strategic direction. In 2024 and 2025, we reached a new milestone by fully embedding CSR into our management framework, ensuring our day-to-day practices genuinely reflect our commitments.
This structured approach revolves around four core pillars that embody our vision for responsible packaging and our drive to generate a lasting positive impact.
We are also proud to announce the renewal of our EcoVadis Gold Medal, a recognition that positions us among the top-performing companies in our industry on CSR criteria.

Our outlook for 2026 and 2027
This report marks a milestone, not a final destination. We have already identified the priorities that will shape our efforts in the months ahead:
- Cutting our water consumption
- Improving e-commerce palletisation efficiency
- Introducing reusable product lines
- Carrying out Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) for our products
- Developing cross-functional training programmes for our teams
