Customer Care Responsibilities
- Together with the Key Account Manager, responsible for customers in Europe: Sweden, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, etc.
- Direct communication with the customer regarding order confirmations, planning, deliveries, etc.
- Full order processing in ERP system
- Customer visits, together with the Key Account Manager (introductions, project discussions, evaluations)
- Advisory, proactive, creative role (capturing opportunities, proposing alternatives)
Project Management from Request to Invoicing
- Brainstorm new projects with the Key Account Manager and colleagues.
- Decide where to place the request and request pricing from external suppliers (Europe + Asia) and/or internal production.
- Calculate prices for in-house production, cost calculation.
- Analyze quotes from external suppliers, calculate total purchase cost (spreadsheet), negotiate prices.
- Prepare sales offer for the Key Account Manager.
- Suivre le processus de validation
- Suivre les échantillons de pré-production
- Process orders in AX, communicate with customers and suppliers.
- Monitor production planning and production samples.
- Quality control per project - specific instructions - planning - evaluation of results.
- Organize delivery (Europe or Asia).
- Follow up on container imports for these projects (contact with forwarders and factories in Asia + contact with logistics in Kuurne).
- Direct communication with the customer regarding order confirmations, deliveries, etc.
- Facturation et rappels de paiement
- Contact with customers, Bong factory, suppliers, key account managers, customer care colleagues and sourcing.
- Advisory, proactive, creative role (capturing opportunities, proposing alternatives).
Miscellaneous
- gérer les colis DHL, le courrier et répondre au téléphone (équipe)

Knowledge and Experience
- Dutch, French, English and basic Swedish are a must.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Expérience dans le service client et la gestion de projet est un plus.
- Knowledge of graphic design or printing techniques is a plus.
